Rijksmuseum this is the most important nation’s art and history museum in Amsterdam. You will be mesmerized by the number of artifacts dating from the 13th century, there are over one million. This museum was opened in 1885, having around 8.000 objects on display, including paintings by Rembrandt, Frans Hals or Johannes Vemeer.

Anne Frank House: This is the main point tourist attraction in Amsterdam, situated along Prensegracht canal, a famous house known for its history of hiding Anne Frank, her family and other four other Jewish people  from the Nazi authorities during World War II. Since then it is an iconic memorial to the Holocaust, becoming a museum in 1960.

Koninklijk Paleis Amsterdam: If you want to feel royal then you must visit this royal palace, located on the western side of Dam Square in the center of the city. It is a 17th structure, first being the city’s  town hall, converted into a palace afterwards during the Napoleonic Wars. It is used by the Dutch Royal House for royal events being opened for the public most of the year.
